FAQ - things to know prior booking
What's is and isn't included in the tour?
The listed price is per person based on twin-share (two guests sharing a room with a private bathroom). If you’re traveling alone, solo traveler pricing will appear during the first step of the online booking process once you've selected your departure date.
What’s Included:

Comfortable accommodations throughout your journey;

Daily breakfast and meals (lunch & dinner) as outlined in your itinerary;

A dedicated team consisting of an English-speaking Travel Leader/Guide and experienced Driver accompanying you for the entire trip;

Gratuities at restaurants;

Hotel service charges, tips, and all local taxes;

Guided sightseeing and activities as described in your itinerary;

Complimentary coach airport transfers at scheduled times in many destinations (see Airport Transfers details in your contract).
What’s Not Included:

Flights to and from your tour’s starting location (unless the tour description states that flights are included);

Additional hotel nights before or after your trip, which can be added separately;

Unique add-on activities available for purchase during your tour (payment accepted by credit card or cash);

Visas and travel insurance;

Personal expenses, non-included meals, alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, travel upgrades etc.

Can I book a triple room?
Yes, triple rooms are available on most tours and are suitable for two adults and one child. most hotels allow children under 12 to be included in the room occupancy without extra charge, especially when sharing with their parents/guardians.
Traveling with three adults? As the third bed in a triple room is often a rollaway bed, adults may not find that comfortable. We strongly recommend booking two rooms for three adults.
What twin-share bed configuration means?
Twin-share means two guests sharing a room with two separate beds. If you are traveling as a couple and prefer to share a queen bed, please note this at time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Are airport transfers included in my tour?
Most of our tours have round-trip shared coach airport transfers.
Can I book extra night pre or post tour?
For most group tours this is not possible, however on some tours this option could be available based on the hotel availability.
What are my room options as a solo traveler?
The price listed for our tours is per person based on two guests sharing a twin room. If you’re traveling solo, you can choose between two room options when you’re traveling with us: solo traveler room share in a twin room or solo/single room for an additional supplement (single traveler supplement). This based on hotel facilities.
How much is the deposit and when is full payment due?
The tour deposit amount is usually 20% of total fare (minimum $500 per person/per booking), however there are tours where the deposit amount is different. Once you’ve found your preferred tour, you can see the required deposit and your full payment due date, as per your contract.
For group tours final payment is due 90 days prior your tour starting date.
All payment dates and amounts will appear on your invoice once you’ve booked. Kindly note, deposit and full payment terms may vary for special offers.
Is the tour deposit refundable?
Deposit amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Time of the cancellation:
90 days or more prior starting date - 20% cancellation fee and 80% refund
89 days or less prior the starting date - 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation fee (percentage) is based on the total price of the tour, including airfare.
Private tour cancellation policies are subject to different criteria and may vary from the standard policies.
Do I need travel insurance? 
We strongly recommend to our clients to purchase travel insurance. This insurance should include coverage for trip interruption, personal injury, medical expenses, and evacuation and repatriation, even during pandemic events.
If you forget to book insurance, you can add this afterwards with us or any other Travel Expert.
